Pending global conflict. Threats of nuclear war. The sudden appearance of a planet-killing meteor. Amidst the fear of impending doom, the Resurrection Project is conceived.
Threats of armed conflict are spreading around the globe. A new one seems to erupt every week. The growing list of world clashes has spilled into bordering countries. All that is needed is a spark to set off the latest round of dissension.
With all that about to explode around the world, the discovery of a meteor on a collision course with Earth still a year and a half away is not the greatest concern on President Alexander Crane’s long list of problems. But as the world holds its breath waiting for that one last instigating event that ignites global conflict, the meteor rushes onward and only draws the attention it deserves on a temporary basis.
The inevitable collision with Earth may destroy much of mankind. A desperate plan is born to save as many people as possible in hopes of resurrecting humanity sometime after the impact. But will it be enough or even in time?
