There may be a better way to do it, but I would put an end date on a Bookfunnel link, and in the Advanced Settings there’s an “expired message.” you could put “This book is no longer free, but you can purchase it here: ” and put in a B2B link.

You can set an end date in BookFunnel.
Alice, I apologize if we missed the link change. None of the books I removed were BookFunnel links. I check the links when I update listings, but it’s quite possible I missed one! I’m sorry!
Absolutely! in fact, we prefer those for wide books, because they’re not going to suddenly change price.
As far as accessing the draft form, you can’t. That’s an admin function. Normally, your books wouldn’t be in draft—it was just a quirk because we had to remove both from the promo. .
